Double Chocolate Muffins

Double Chocolate Muffins
These are SO yummy! I promise you won't be disappointed with these! They're a standing favorite in our house! 🙂
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted and cooled
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 cupcake liners.
- Whisk almond flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
- Mix wet ingredients in with dry ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter evenly into your paper liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until center is set.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving. Store in airtight container at room temperature or make in advance and freeze them.
