My Journey...

Healthy and strong habits have been the foundation behind my 150 lb successful weight loss. It's showing up daily, repeatedly doing the small things and focusing on being as intentional as possible that has helped me to lose my weight and maintain it. The healing and restoration are just as big for me on the inside as it has been on the outside, that's the important part of this journey. Peace and happiness is the best feeling, weight loss is just an amazing side effect to that.
