Baked Oatmeal

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Beat together eggs and milk.
  • Mix rolled oats and baking powder.
  • Add honey, melted butter, and cinnamon.
  • Pour in a greased 9 x 9 baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
